ECO Platform Webinar – Advancing Circular Economy in EPDs
Join our engaging webinar on the integration of circular economy principles within Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). With initiatives like the European Commission’s Circular Economy Action Plan, the industry is experiencing a transformative shift towards sustainability. This shift is significantly driven by regulatory frameworks and green building rating systems that integrate circularity, compelling manufacturers to adapt their production and business models accordingly.
Hosted by the Circular Economy Task Group of ECO Platform, this webinar delves into our latest proposal for embedding circularity within EPDs. We present the current state of our work, share insights from a global circular economy survey among construction product manufacturers, and introduce the upcoming pilot phase for possible Circularity Indicators in EPDs.
